Renew, Revive & Restore — a plant-based program to restore your energy and rejuvenate your life.

What's Included:

Personalized Plant-Based Nutrition

We begin with an optional pre-evaluation where your health markers and wellness goals are assessed, and a customized meal and movement plan is created to support your intentions. (You can also upgrade to an in-depth, personalized plant-based coaching experience.) All recommendations are optional — your intuition and intuitive eating is welcome, and our open-plan community kitchen is staffed and ready to support you, whether you prefer us to cook for you or to cook alongside you as part of the process.

Movement & Restoration

Access to a dedicated gym, sauna, ice bath, and natural pool with set times for focused movement, silent sweating, or simply being present in nature. The physical environment has been designed to promote health and encourage movement.

Kundalini Bodywork & Morning Practice

Daily Prana Kundalini morning meditation and practice. All group practices are optional and change throughout the week based on who is present. Practices may be led by a Kundalini Bodywork teacher, or offered as self-guided group sessions with instruction. We also hold Open Space Technology sessions where anyone can share their gifts and lead.

Community & Connection

We create enough structure each week for groups to bond deeply, while leaving space for each group to be unique and self-directed. You engage with group activities as much or as little as feels right. Optional group experiences include audiobook time (we listen together, then discuss over tea), tea ceremonies, and informal gatherings.

Room to live

Living spaces are integrated with nature and designed as a play ground for your fasica, the environment encourages movement and stretching. 

You have full access to our permaculture gardens — feel free to get your hands dirty, learn from our gardeners, and eat fresh picked salads and herbs picked. We make everything at ANEW educational, from how we care for the soil to how our solar panels work.

Complete access to all facilities, staff support, and kitchen resources throughout your stay.

A note on group participation

If you know you prefer not to participate in group practices, we recommend booking on to a non-program week (Rejuvenate & Restore), where you still have full access to all facilities, staff, kitchen support, and your private kitchen space. Our team is always on hand to support your individual wellness goals.

While if you want to stay longer it is possible to book into the group programs and not really participate when you’re staying for multiple weeks.
