Plant Medicine

There is little set structure, and a lot of flexibility. We are still building and developing the concept for transient community and how we eat together.

The tiny houses during the soft opening do not have private kitchens suitable for cooking. Only shared.

The prices and information below relate to our full opening. During the soft opening the price of food is included in your donation to stay, while all the information below is very relevant to your stay.

One reason for the soft opening is to develop the concept of our kitchen - Plant Medicine.

As plant based nutrition is central to our purpose, we don’t want finance to effect what people choose to eat. While there is a large cost difference to a raw fruierian to a high protein plant-based diet supplementing with all the minerals, adaptagens and herbs that we offer (which is our recommendation).

In relation to diet: if financial constraints have no influence on what you eat, your diet and eating habits becomes very different.

You no longer eat more than you need to because you paid for the whole buffet. And you don’t need to reduce your intake of anything to save money.

How many times have you looked at the menu, and allowed price to affect what you ordered?

The concept of our kitchen is to prove that plant based nutrition is the best nutrition. One of our major hurdles in overcoming this as in how we charge for food.

ANEW means a new evolving world, so we’ve created ANEW in a way that allows us to evolve our practices (this means we have few rules other than the ones that protect our values and allows us to honour your financial investment).

our current pricing structure is the same for anyone who visits.

  • Everyone who is part of the shared residency program has access to the shared kitchen

  • All the homes at ANEW have their own kitchen apart from the 4 solar A-frames (note: every time somebody comes to stay at ANEW they pick a virtue from a pack of cards, and the virtue that they pick becomes the name of their house/home for as long as they stay: so each time you come, the name of your house might change, example: gratitude patients Joy forgiveness)

  • Everything that we grow in our gardens is free and shared between our residents, guests, staff and the local village

  • We have staff in the shared kitchen who are able to support you in cooking and cleaning every day. They can cook and clean for you completely or you can help.

  • Daily meal plans, and use of the shared kitchen are optional and by a minimum donation as follows:

3 tiers of food pricing. This is the minimum donation levels including our kitchen staff, equipment, etc

  • Mainly water fasting or eating fruits 150’000

  • Normal diet 300’00

  • High protein diet 500’000

  • **

  • If you weigh over 90kg daily surcharge: 100’000 unless you’re purely on a water fast.

  • Price to use the shared kitchen, but bringing in your own food (but still using communal oil spices, etc) 50’000 a day

Add on: Daily supplement allowance (including collagen building peptides, and a huge range of herbs and adaptigens, including aphrodisiacs, and all the essential things somebody needs on a plant-based diet and more): price to be confirmed 100’000 a day suggested.

You pay week by week. Please remember this is a minimum donation, and we trust you to amend your donations as it is fair and affordable to you. If, you have your own Kitchen, you are also free to always cook for yourself and not pay for our kitchen

Please note* our water is of incredibly high quality. It is purified, re-mineralised, hydrogenated (further structuring optional) on site, and ran through copper (not plastic!). Distilled water is also available when ordered in advance (if your

fasting) so we have time to prepare. Maintaining such high quality waters has an expense so water fasting also has a cost.

As most people stay 1 week or longer we expect you miss some meals, eat out or maybe fast for a day or two. These are minimum donation levels that allows us to keep developing and offering the best in plantbased nutrition. Please note we source as much organic produce as we can, our water is from our land, purified and mineralised on site with optional re-structuring, distilled or hydrogenation (water of this quality can change your life). We aim to source the best supplements available and our cook wear is non toxic. A lot of extra costs and efforts go into our kitchen and still we aim

(and are) considerably less than eating out all your meals out in Ubud everyday.

There will be at least one member of Balinese staff around to help in the kitchen. Generally they help us cook instead of cooking for us, while we can also order with them if we have time to wait. Our open kitchen, like our gardens to harvest the lettuce, herbs and other produce is seen as a central point to build community.

-we have artistic chalkboards, that let you know the different produce that we have, so meals can be quickly designed together

-Dietary requirements should be a communicated before you arrive and can be updated

    Additional information ….…………

Plant medicine / is an open kitchen with a sexy plant base leather bound menu that looks like a book

The menu has no prices in it, it includes a range of information:

BOOK BRAINSTORMING

  • nutritional information / suggestions of staple foods and their values

  • Our menu is mostly soya free (we focus on increasing the intake of amino acids with high-quality water)

  • Menu of supplements and herbs (BIG PROJECT)

  • Information about blood?

ANEW: plant medicine - kitchen (the concept)

  • Life is diverse, there are too many diets to try them all

  • Rarely does one person find one diet of 30 food groups a week cooked in a certain way and stick to that for the rest of their life

  • In our kitchen you have two options: A) follow our personalised or daily recommendations B) get in the kitchen with the support of our Balinese staff, experiment and try things out

  • Health is holistic. If you’re not happy and you don’t believe in what you’re doing it’s less likely to work. A slice of banana cake is more likely to make you thin, and a banana more likely to make you fat if that’s what you believe.

OUR RECOMMENDATIONS:

  • Intuitive eating, alongside studying basic nutrition

  • Intermittent fasting only when, you feel good you’re sleeping enough and you’re getting enough exercise, and you’ve been hydrated the last few days. If you’re due for a detox intermittent fasting might not be the best for you.

  • Stay hydrated with mineralised and hydronized water, along side fruit juices and/or coconut water, and other tonics that offer more benefits than simply purified water. Try to get more hydrated by drinking less.

  • Detox with professional support (consider mild detoxes over aggressive ones), use the sauna a few times a week. Use your breath and sweat to detox the most.

  • Movement is medicine (fascia and nervous system regulation health matters, de-armour your organs and glands from negative emotions

  • Enemas when you need them or routine

  • The best way to have an alkaline body, is to breathe more deeply to oxygenate your body (so exercise helps obviously) while having equal breaths so your oxygen and carbon dioxide levels both increase in a balanced way. Breath is what changes the pH level in your blood. Acid foods dehydrate you.

  • Aging is mostly related to dehydration.

SUPPLEMENTS:

  • to support human evolution there seems to be two choices: train your body to become superhuman by)

    A) living off nothing but fruit and eventually air, OR,

    B) extract certain properties from foods and minerals that support optimal human functioning (body, brain, and spirit. This is the same for plant-based people and omnivores alike)

  • At ANEW we aim to grow on our land, and source, the most nutritionally dense mineralised fruit, vegetables and salads, that are charged with chi and Prana, and to mineralise and restructure our water so that we need to supplement less. You also have the option to fast on distilled water that is naturally remineralised on site

  • we have a menu of high-quality supplements

  • And we have a menu of various herbs and adaptgens

  • Unlike many restaurants, we are not garnishing your food with the vitamins and minerals that you need, were giving you them in high quantaties so they can do their job

  • Measuring protein is actually a difficult thing. Here we focus on increasing your intake of amino acids to the absolute Max in a variety of ways. From here protein is a choice. Some people do very well on a low protein diet. Some people really need a high protein diet to thrive. The suggestion is to max out on your amino acids. And then meet your own body weight in protein 1g to 1kg (knowing that not all grams of protein are equal) adding more when you feel like it. This seems like a more sustainable way to live and here you are free to try out other things.

  • we provide collagen building shakes

  • clean hemp and pea protein shakes

  • and….

SPROUTS & LIVING GREENS

  • our kitchen is basically a sprout making living green machine

FATS

  • we’re only giving you healthy fats and oils, although debatable as to what this means, our definition is as follows

THIS IS A RANDOM RANT, TO HELP WRITE THE FINAL CONTENT. AND BRING HUMOUR TO THE TEXT. IT NEEDS A LOT OF WORK

  • our ancestors used to communicate with the words ugggha bugaa and would die around their mid 20s. They would also eat both seasonally and locally. if you truly try to eat like your ancestors, you’ll most likely die young and will need to live next door to your parents.

  • Domestic livestock are not natural animals. No God made an animal that needs you to clip his toe nails and cut it’s hair. Once food goes into your stomach, it is covered in bile and everything becomes to a pH of ??4.5 to 3.5?? . Which allows the body to break everything down to what it is on the periodic table. Taking supplements is like eating straight from the periodic table. What beefs people up when they eat beef, is the spirit of the animal. This is why plant based nutrition differs to nutrition that contains meat, it is primarily energetic. So from this perspective, the only wise thing to do is eat wild and free meat in small quantities. Which was a needed step in human evolution. Just as animal testing was. And dentistry and surgery without anaesthetic.

  • You are not a lion. and lions have incredibly hard lives, they also need to sleep around ??18?? hours a day, die young and often eat their children. A lion will even eat one of it’s healthy cubs if it’s hangry. I mean hungry. your intestines are also incredibly different.

  • Our anatomy is governed by the length of our intestines and the shape of our jaws dictates that we are designed to eat mostly plants and when needed, we have the ability to digest meat for survival. Eating meat is a choice. It’s your choice as you’re more intelligent and powerful overall than animals, although there is no scientific or spiritual consensus on the complete consequences of being plant based over being an omnivore. The human race is evolving and we need all kinds of experiences to be here.

We are not telling you what is right or wrong. And you are welcome to come and stay with us if you eat meat in your normal life, but while staying at ANEW you need to commit to being fully plant based, on and site, and agreed to try while you are offsite. If for some reason you fail while off site, we ask for the following commitment:

  • Acknowledge that Factory farming is an evil practice, and commit to only eating from ethically farmed animals, meat, fish (although ethically sourced fish is almost impossible), eggs, milk, yogurt, cheese, etc

please don’t be a hypocrite and say you do this, and then go and eat anything without checking the label, or asking who made it; examples:

  • cappuccino at General coffee store

  • anything that contains milk or eggs (which is most things)

  • anything has cheese in it

  • eat a square of milk chocolate from a friend

  • eat the food on an aeroplane

  • be polite and eat your mother-in-law‘s birthday cake

  • factory farming dies and ethical farming rises with supply and demand.

Not everybody in the world can become plant based overnight the agricultural system Simply could not support it. But one step in the right direction is using consumer power to create more ethically farmed animals.

BLOOD:

  • the theory that certain blood groups needing meat has been debunked and proven to be a pesudo science, while some blood groups will benefit from higher levels of certain vitamins, it’s good to get your blood tested, and understand your blood markers

  • get your blood test it just before you arrive, and try to understand your markers, and then get it tested again when you leave

HUMAN EVOLUTION:

  • Evolution is dictated by our choices. Living a plant based diet helps the soul evolve, let’s hope by the time humanity is travelling the universe in spaceships, that we have evolved to not be dependent on the death and suffering of other sentient beings (as we live in a reflective vibrational universe)

  • At this moment in time living on a plant-based diet often involves sacrifices. this plant based Centre is trying to lessen or remove the sacrifices completely. small sacrifices in relation to the vibrancy and fullness of your hair may still be required (although we are still looking for the right supplements that even this can be overcome)

    • The good news is science shows that when your plant based your libido is better and as men so is your erection. men so is your erection.
