All the buildings in the 1st Quarter belong to ANEW to host retreats and programs raising money to pay for the general upkeep of the community.

Prices based on a 20 year lease with a suggested 157% price increase if you choose to rent it out.

Given the price includes access to an amazing Eco community, with sauna, cold plunge, managed gardens and staff all included in the price and everything is being built to a high-quality, you could privately charge much more than 157% increase

While staying on site there is a fair daily charge per person for Water, Electric and Internet (as there is with any house that you would buy or rent)

Please note that this project is not specifically for profit. So anybody you rent too should be aligned with ANEW’s values. This means committing to a plant-based diet while you stay with us as well as a spiritual practice.

You can direct all of your rentals to our website, which will explain everything. And we also market our website. Although we can not guarantee that the AirBnB rental software will be available for the next 12 years! our success lies in our mutuality, so we will support you as best we can (our booking software is already live, so you can check this out too).

ANEW is not working in a standard ROI system. Our three pillars are abundance, sustainability and universal law.

We need money to transfer from old systems to new ones, and we are successful with money. But within our centre, we do not want money to influence our decisions: for example, if you build a project such as ours focused on being in harmony with and living in nature, and making sure that everybody who works for you is happy, while planning long term (for the next seven generations) you will build in a very different way, the order of works will be different, and your final creation will be different. ANEW is different to many places that you can visit as-well as most financial investments that you will find.

Our building plans are set, and the attached renders are artistic impressions, while we may make improvements on the way to give the best design. If you want to come and stay at our centre during construction (even helping to build your house) you can join our soft opening as an eco-glamping site.

During the soft opening we are developing the project and concepts that allow you to live at ANEW from several days to months at a time, to build supportive, transient community without loosing your sovereignty or independence. A host of creative ways to relate, solve conflicts and grow together are built into the fabric of the project.

Everyone who is part of the shared residency program has access to the shared kitchen

All the homes at ANEW have their own kitchen apart from the 4 solar A-frames (note: every time somebody comes to stay at ANEW they pick a virtue from a pack of cards, and the virtue that they pick becomes the name of their house/home for as long as they stay: so each time you come, the name of your house might change, example: gratitude patients Joy forgiveness)

Everything that we grow in our gardens is free and shared between our residents, guests, staff and the local village

We have staff in the shared kitchen who are able to support you in cooking and cleaning every day. They can cook and clean for you completely or you can help.

Daily meal plans, and use of the shared kitchen are optional and by a minimum donation as follows:
