‘A New Evolving World’

ANEW stands for A New Evolving World. It is a plant-based education center and permaculture-based community project within the New Earth Movement, guided by three core pillars: sustainability, abundance, and universal law.

Universal law is best described as an understanding of quantum physics and hermetic principles.

ANEW is not a fixed concept, but a living process. True to its name, it is designed to evolve. It is a place for deep personal transformation that naturally supports planetary, with the understanding that transformation is not something separate from the process itself — it happens through the process.

At ANEW, change is part of the experience. The project will always be unfolding and that unfolding is intentional. The environment, the community, and the offerings are all designed to reflect inner healing and continuous evolution.

Each stay is unique. Guests are invited to choose the name of their tiny house from 72 virtues making each stay unique with a different focus. Our kitchen remains open and dynamic, a centre to build and foster community supported by our staff, and off-site plant based nutrionalists and coaches. With no permanent set menu we are committed to pioneering plant-based nutrition. Some things remain stable, while others adapt and grow. Each tiny house also has a private kitchen.

ANEW is a space of impermanent community — a constant and ever-changing social experiment — where people can explore new ways of living together in alignment with shared values.

Open Space Technology supports connection and co-creation while thoughtful systems are in place to support communication, and to welcome and work with conflict and challenges when they authentically arise for growth.

As an official training centre for ‘Kundalini Bodywork’, ANEW offers morning meditations, pranayama, and other yogic practices, alongside education in somatic practices nervous system regulation and self de-armouring (which supports the body to work with both pleasure and pain) and the liberation of energy. It is a place where transformation is not forced, but emerges naturally.

## Living in Nature

Using mostly natural building materials and sustainable techniques, our living rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms are integrated into nature. For a large part of the property, you are living inside a lush garden, beneath a roof that allows natural sunlight in. The tiny houses give you a safe space to cocoon and nest away in. To renew, revive and restore. 

We have a natural and chemical free swimming pool. Our sauna and cold plunge are well designed to support simple and effective detoxing. In the evenings, we provide low-level and red lighting to increase serotonin production and lower cortisol.

Fresh drinking water comes from the well on site and is filtered, purified, and where needed remineralised, through an in house system, run through copper pipes, and then hydrogenated to the highest quality, where it is stored in glass and can be restructured using elements such as crystals, sacred geometry, sunlight, and sound.

The gardens use electroculture, permaculture and elements of sacred geometry. They are designed to increase the chi and prana in the human body while also grounding for balanced growth in electromagnetism. We also use techniques such as growing food with biochar to greatly increase the mineral availability in fruit and vegetables. Educating all our local workers in this and anyone who would like to learn how to increase the mineral availability in food.

We like to see our buildings, gardens and culture as living art.

## Funding Aims

- Finish building with a minimum project budget of €100,000 

- Extend the lease: current lease runs from April 2024 to 2036, with an option to extend by 18 years to 2054 for €100,000

- Upgrade the yoga shala, gym and therapy room (6 months closed) price €

OPTIONAL, if ANEW is successful:

- Lease the additional land below the site so it reaches the river and can become a small transient ecovillage 

POTENTIAL FOR GROWTH

- Buy at least three more similar sites and create a transient community where people normally live on one site for no more than three months a year, while being able to rotate between the different ecovillages we build around our core values (optional direction and price TBC)
